In France, fill out CERFA form 11823*3 and submit it to the prefecture. Issuance capital limited to €30,000 for simple declarations. The organizer remains responsible for compliance. We help you understand the rules, but we do not replace legal advice.
You can start now and complete it gradually. Create your page with basic information, then add your prizes and complete it later. You can edit anything at any time, even after launch.
You remain responsible for your raffle. Declaration, compliance with regulations, delivery of prizes to winners, handling of complaints. GoTombola supports you with the technical aspects but does not organize the raffle for you. GoTombola reserves the right to suspend any operation at the request of the competent authorities.
